By accessing or using Craving, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading content to Craving, you represent and warrant that:

Important: Posting a video on TikTok with a licensed song does not give you the right to repost that video with the same song on Craving. Platform licenses are non-transferable.

You grant Craving a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials.

Restaurant information on Craving is user-generated and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of hours, addresses, menu items, or prices. Always verify information directly with the restaurant before visiting.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Craving is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craving and GenalBoys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Craving after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our Commitment

Craving respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement.

Craving qualifies for DMCA safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512. We maintain a designated agent and respond to all valid takedown notices within 48 hours.

Our Response Process

Repeat Infringer Policy

Craving has a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright will have their accounts permanently terminated. We track copyright strikes on a per-account basis.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Music & Audio Content

Craving does not have licensing agreements with music labels or publishers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any music or audio in their videos. Common situations that are NOT permitted:

Permitted audio includes: original audio you created, music you own the rights to, music licensed under Creative Commons (check license terms), and music from platforms that explicitly allow use on other apps.
